How to Book Your Performer


1. Choose one of our party packages and any optional add-ons.

2. Submit the contact form below and we will reply by email or phone to discuss our character availability and your full calculated price. 

Or simply give us a call. Whichever you prefer.

3. Submit your deposit (appox, 50%). 

(See packages & deposit amounts below.)

4. Return a signed party agreement. (An agreement will be emailed to you for you to fill out and return by email or mail.)


Deposit Requirements

A deposit is required in order to reserve your date. Your deposit can be made with PayPal below or a Credit Card over the phone.

(a 3% processing fee applies if paying deposit with a Credit Card)

Deposits are made on the "Deposits" page.

*Please be sure to leave a deposit for the package that you want. If you need to make adjustment to a smaller package, the deposit amount will not be returned. We simply will deduct the difference from the amount due. If you upgrade to a longer party, the extra deposit amount will need be paid by PayPal within 48 hours of the change.

If you prefer to pay with a credit or debit card you can make payment via phone by calling 949-637-4772. You will recieve a receipt for payment to your supplied email address.

* a 3% processing fee is applied to all debit and credit card transactions.

Your remaining balance will be due in CASH ONLY to your performer at your party. No exceptions. This is the pay that the performer receives for their services & they do not accept credit or debit cards or personal checks.


Cancellations, Refunds and Rescheduling

All deposit payments are 50% refundable with 21 days or more notice of the party date. 

You'll receive a 25% refund of your deposit if the cancellation is made 14-20 days before the event. 

There will be no refund of the deposit if you cancel with less than 14 days notice (0-13 days). 

If you need to reschedule your party after the deposit is made, a $50 rescheduling fee per performer will apply. Payment is to be made via PayPal or credit card within 24 hours of rescheduling.

(Rescheduling is based on availability and is not guaranteed. Should you choose not to reschedule your event, customer will be held to company’s cancellation policy.)

**Please note that without submission of a signed contract by 

1 WEEK prior to your party, the party will be cancelled and your deposit not refunded.

In the event of bad weather, serious illness, or other unforeseen emergencies, we reserve the right to cancel the event and offer an alternative date.

**Our performers reserve the right to leave the event if they feel unsafe, are not protected from bad weather, wind, mud or dirt in the performance area.

There will be a 25% refund of the deposit if you cancel between 13-7 days before the event.

There is no refund if canceled less than 7 days before the event (0-6 days).

If you need to reschedule your party after the deposit is made, a $50 rescheduling fee per performer will apply. Payment is to be made via PayPal or credit card within 24 hours of rescheduling.
